PATIQ Crimson Glitter are stunning slipper batch made using shimmery red metallic leather seconds. Please be aware this glitzy metallic finish is prone to wear off rapidly in areas of contact and creasing (see detail image): as the supple leather relaxes to your foot shape, it causes a ‘craquelure’ effect in the metallic finish, revealing the leather's natural pale tone beneath. There is no colour transfer and as we are all about making use of waste, we decided these glittery leather seconds should be put to good use... we hope you agree 💚

Our PATIQ is model is inspired by the traditional soft-sole slippers of Central Asia and is designed to wrap your foot and flex comfortably with every step. What’s more, they are all natural – they have a leather outer, extremely cosy sheepskin inner, with hidden wool felt cushioning underfoot. PATIQ’s soles are suede, which is what makes them so comfy and flexible. The colour of PATIQ's furry cuffs or suede soles may occasionally vary from that pictured here – this is because we use beautiful-but-mixed offcuts to make them.
PATIQ Crimson Glitter are limited edition slippers – meaning the amount of sheepskin or leather discards we can source in a particular finish determines the number of pairs we can produce per batch. Everything is designed to waste as little as possible during our production process.
Over time, PATIQ’s suede soles will develop a patina which will tolerate small amounts of moisture, though we do not recommend wearing them in a wet environment. As an alternative, you may wish to take a look at our POLIN, MERDANA and ZENNA models which all have textured, waterproof EVA soles.
