Refund policy

IMPORTANT: We are currently only able to accept returns on orders delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.

For orders within the United Kingdom we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns on orders delivered to non-UK addresses.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return
It's easy! Simply log in to your customer account – or quickly create a new one – via this link or the LOG IN button on our website header. A one-time 6 digit verification code will be emailed to you.

Step by step:
1 Enter your email address on account log in page, then click CONTINUE.
2 You will be emailed a six-digit verification code – copy this and enter to complete store log-in and access order details.
3 Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the item(s) that you want to return.
4 Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5 Click REQUEST RETURN!

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label. We’ll implement your refund as soon as we’ve checked the returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom ordered products, sale and sample items, cannot be returned – please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

As stated above, we are also currently unable to accept returns on orders delivered to non-UK addresses.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. See above for starting a return.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and acknowledge the refund too.
